Returns Policy
Made-to-Measure: A Different Approach
Unlike ready-to-wear clothing, our suits are crafted specifically for you. We do not accept returns, but we work with you to address any fit issues.
Why We Don't Accept Returns
We understand this may seem unusual, but there are important reasons behind this policy that ultimately benefit you:
Each Suit Is Unique to You
Your suit is cut and sewn to your exact measurements and specifications. It cannot be resold to another customer, making traditional returns impractical.
Lower Prices, No Hidden Costs
Returns are expensive. The logistics of international shipping, inspection, and processing add significant costs that traditional retailers build into their prices. By not accepting returns, we keep our prices substantially lower than competitors.
A Lean, Digital Operation
We operate entirely online, without physical stores or warehouses in Europe. This digital-first approach allows us to offer bespoke quality at a fraction of traditional prices. Handling returns would require infrastructure that would inevitably raise our costs—and yours.
Sustainability Matters
Returns generate unnecessary carbon emissions and waste. By crafting each suit to order with care, we minimize our environmental impact.
What We Offer Instead: Alteration Support
If your suit needs adjustments, here's how we can help:
Local Tailor Alterations
Visit any local tailor for adjustments. Contact us beforehand to discuss options and next steps.
Guidance From Our Team
Not sure what needs adjusting? Send us photos and we'll advise you on what to ask your local tailor. We're here to help.
Measurement Review
Our team reviews every order before production. If something looks off, we'll contact you to verify. This prevents most fit issues before they happen.
Legal Framework
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), made-to-measure and personalized products are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right that applies to ready-made goods. This is because such items are created specifically for the individual customer and cannot be resold.
Exceptions
We will work with you to find a resolution (which may include a remake) in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects: faulty stitching, fabric flaws, or construction errors
- Wrong specifications: if we made the suit differently from what you ordered
- Significant measurement errors on our part: if we misread or misprocessed your measurements
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos documenting the issue.
